Raheem Sterling dives to win a penalty against Swansea in controversial FA Cup match!
Raheem Sterling dives as City got a controversial win.
The match between Swansea City ended with a 2-3 win for Manchester City. Swansea had an advantage of 2-0, but City made a comeback in the second half.
They won thanks to some controversial decisions as there was no VAR in place. It should have been there, because this is FA Cup, but FA decided against it.
When Swansea was still in the 2-1 lead against City, Raheem Sterling made a run inside Swansea’s penalty area.
One of Swansea’s players made a tackle on Sterling, but he barely made a contact. Sterling went down and referee pointed to the spot.
Aguero, in a way, scored from that penalty spot and City was leveled.
VAR would have given a yellow card to Sterling but instead City was leveled.
This win means that City still has a chance of winning all four trophies this season, while Swansea will feel upset with the way they lost this match.
