Watch as Edin Dzeko got controversially flagged for offside against Liverpool in a Champions League semi-final match!
Edin Dzeko got one very controversial offside decision, as Liverpool got to the final.
What a match it was.
Liverpool was having a 2-2 draw until the 86th minute, but than Nainggolan scored two more goals for Roma.
In the end Roma went very close as they won the second match 4-2.
Overall, Liverpool still won, but it was a tight 7-6 win.
It was a match that had one hilarious own goal scored by Milner, one really controversial handball from Trent Alexander and one equally controversial offside decision.

Edin Dzeko got a great pass, as he went into a one-on-one with Liverpool’s keeper. He was brought down by the keeper and Roma thought they had a penalty. Well, Dzeko was flagged for offside and nothing came out of it. Still, replays showed that Dzeko was NOT in offside position.
It was a mistake from assistant referee which really influenced this match.
If Dzeko wouldn’t be flagged for offside, Roma would have a penalty. They would have a fantastic chance to score another goal, while making a complete comeback.
Luck was on Liverpool’s side and they are into the final of Champions League. They are going to face Real there, but it seems that Liverpool’s shaky defense might be the decider in the finale.
